Course Synopsis: :This course provides participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills required for Diploma in General Administration. It integrates theoretical learning, group discussions, case studies, presentations, role-plays with interactive workshops designed to enhance professional competence and workplace readiness.
Intended Learning Outcomes (ILO) of the Course: After successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to
